100% Sauvignon, harvested perfectly ripe, from a legendary vine parcel, planted on calcareous and marl soil. This parcel is harvested each year just after Les Monts Damnés. Harvest lasts 5 days for the 2.3 hectares that make up the estate, and the grapes reach up to 14.6 degrees potential alcohol.
