Cheverny "La Gravotte" Blanc - 2022 - Thierry Puzelat
Clos Tue-Boeuf
Very fresh nose carried by notes of citrus fruits, vegetal, touch of cut grass... The palate is floral, elegant, nice roundness, long finish with a saline touch.

Blend: 70% Fié Gris and 30% Chardonnay from organically grown vines of 20 to 55 years old, planted on a plot of 0.85 ha on clay and flint soils on chalk. Manual harvest at maturity. Natural vinification and without inputs: direct pressing, 7 months of maturation in demi-muids and Burgundy barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the Estate without fining or filtration on the 14th of March 2023, and without added sulphur.
