A cuvée made of 90% Côt and 10% Gamay, from 40 years old vines grown organically and planted on a clay and flint soils. The two varieties are co-planted together so the whole 0.75 hectare parcel is harvested and vinified at the same time. Manual harvest. Natural vinification, about two weeks of maceration in tanks, soft pressing in order to preserve the fruit, 11 months of aging in demi-muids and barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the Estate on the 4th of August 2023 without fining nor filitration, zero added sulfites.

Thierry Puzelat took over the family estate a few decades ago, 13 ha in Touraine, in the Loir-et-Cher. Time and a series of encounters would put him on the path to natural wines.
