A nose with beautiful notes of red fruits and spices... The palate is fruity and silky, with tangy freshness... Very soft on the palate, with fine, smooth tannins... It’s almost dangerous it’s so gulpable!
A blended cuvée, of 50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. From vines between 5 and 55 years old cultivated around Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay, with the greatest respect for nature, and certified organic. Vinification: carbonic maceration for 3 weeks, indigenous yeasts, blending of free-run and press juices, then 10 months of maturation in vats. Bottled without filtration, no fining, zero added sulfites.
