100% Melon de Bourgogne from vines farmed biodynamically (certified by Biodyvin) in the commune of Gorges and planted on gabbro soils, on the parcel of Clos des Bouqinardières. Manual harvest. In the winery: direct pressing, 18 months of maturation with stirring of the total lees, in concrete vats that are buried in the soil. Light dose of sulphites during bottling at the Estate during Spring 2024.
