100% Chenin, harvested very ripe, by hand, on the 14th and 19th of September 2022. The vines are grown organically and biodynamicaly, certified by ECOCERT and by BIODYVIN. Vinification: a long grape pressing, then bottled while still fermenting, with 15g/l of residual sugar, in order to create the effervescence in the bottle. Disgorged and topped off with the same wine. A natural sparkling Pet'Nat wine, without artifice, and beloved by the critics.
Damien Délécheneau
Damien and Coralie Délécheneau met as classmates in Bordeaux, while both studying for their oenology diplomas, and haven’t left each other since. After each separately gaining experience (in the Beaujolais trade body, and in California for Madame, and training in Irancy, in Chablis at Domaine Laroche, in Saint Estèphe, and in Napa Valley for Monsieur) they finally returned to Amboise in 2002...
