A luscious Gamay, fruity, with beautiful tension, and notes of red fruit. A lovely bottle to enjoy among friends.
A 100% Gamay cuvée, from 50-year-old vines grown organically, planted on a terroir of schist and gneiss on South facing slopes. Manual harvest. In the winery: maceration of the whole bunches for 7 days, with a little pumping over of the must, soft pressing and 6 months of aging in vats. Bottled at the estate at the beginning of March 2024, without fining or filtration, and without any added sulphur.
