100% Sauvignon from 40-year-old vines, planted on several plots (8.32 hectares in total) of Kimmeridgian marl soils, and farmed biodynamically, with a homeopathic approach to treatments. The grapes are harvested by hand from the 15th of September, followed by direct pressing, and 10 months maturation in stainless steel vats. Bottled at the estate during a descending moon.
