Deep red wine, with flashes of blue, that has been named "le Pétrus Provençal" (the Pétrus of Provence). Sublime, complex nose with notes of strawberry, dark fruits, and truffle... The palate is rich and powerful, with silky tannins, maintaining a great freshness and a long, classy finish.

100% Merlot cuvée from 13-year-old vines, organically farmed on a 0.5-hectare parcel with clay-limestone soils with a subsoil of blue marl. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified: total destemming by hand, seven days of maceration with daily pump-overs, 12 months of aging in barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, with a micro-dose of sulfur at bottling. Around 2000 bottles produced.
