Blend of 60% Grenache Noir, 20% Syrah, and 20% Cinsault from organically farmed vines. This cuvée combines parcels from the domaine and from a neighboring friend’s organic vineyard. Hand-harvested and sorted. Natural vinification: whole cluster for Syrah and Cinsault, destemmed for Grenache, gentle maceration, then blended and aged 6 months in concrete tanks. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites.
