A cuvée made from grapes bought in the valley of Ibie, 100% Syrah from 24-year-old vines conducted organically and planted in the town of Villeneuve de Berg, on clay-limestone soils. Manual harvesting, vinification in Cornas. Complete destemming, pump-over the first week and daily punch-down the second week, two weeks of fermentation, aging for 9 months in concrete and stainless steel tanks. Lightly filtered, bottled with a micro dose of sulphur.

Matthieu Barret has been making wine at Domaine du Coulet since 1998.
