100% Syrah from thirty-year-old vines, organically grown and planted in Collias on red clay soils with ground cover. Hand-harvested in the first week of September. Natural vinification: whole bunches, carbonic maceration, very gentle pressing for over 5 hours, aged in tanks. Bottled at the estate in mid-May 2024, without fining or filtration, and no added sulfites. 1200 bottles produced.
Julien Mary
