100% Syrah from massal selection of the old vines of the Estate, planted between 1920 and 2014 on a soil of highly decomposed granite soil known as "Gore" and loamy-clay. Grown according to the principles of biodynamics. Manual harvesting, yields of 28 hl/ha. Vinification with indigenous yeasts, three weeks of fermentation on low temperatures, aging for 18 months in terracotta jars of 10 hl, and concrete tanks of 20 hl. Bottled after a light filtration, 2 gr/hl of sulphur.

Matthieu Barret has been making wine at Domaine du Coulet since 1998.
