A blend from the estate’s vineyards, organically farmed and hand-harvested: 70% Grenache Noir and 30% Cinsault. Natural vinification with the entire harvest divided as follows: 1/3 direct press, 1/3 whole-cluster carbonic maceration, 1/3 classic destemmed maceration. Very short aging—80% in concrete vats and 20% in old barrels. Bottled at the estate in late October 2024, this is a primeur wine! Unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfites.
