A blend from the estate’s vineyards, organically farmed and hand-harvested: 70% Grenache Noir and 30% Cinsault. Natural vinification with the entire harvest divided as follows: 1/3 direct press, 1/3 whole-cluster carbonic maceration, 1/3 classic destemmed maceration. Very short aging—80% in concrete vats and 20% in old barrels. Bottled at the estate in late October 2024, this is a primeur wine! Unfined, unfiltered, with no added sulfites.

Thomas Jullien, child of the 1983 vintage, is the head of Ferme Saint Martin, an estate perched at the highest point of the Beaumes de Venise appellation, in Suzette. This family vineyard, founded in 1964 by Thomas’ grandparents, Aimé and Yvonne, was converted to organic viticulture in 1998.
