J'aurai ta peau - 2022 - Matthieu Barret
Domaine du Coulet
“An unexpected profile for a skin-contact wine. The finesse and delicacy of the aromatics overlook a tannic structure present but not drying. Saline and exotic fruit aromas.” To place vertically in the fridge 24 hours before tasting to let the lees settle.
