Third vintage for this cuvée, which will not be renewed every year, and each time in a different form! A real crisp juice to be served a bit chilled, a pure pleasure that feels like drinking a red fruits juice!
Blend of Grenache Noir and Carignan from 60-year-old vines grown biodynamically (certified by Demeter) planted on clay-limestone terraces bordered by woods in the commune of Saint Marcel d'Ardèche. Harvested by hand. Vinification: 4 days of carbonic maceration in whole bunches, gentle pressing, aged for 6 months partly in barrels that have seen several wines and partly in enamelled steel vats. Bottled at the estate in March 2024 without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur at bottling.
