A blend of 50% Roussanne, 30% Marsanne and 20% Viognier from vines farmed organically and planted across three departments in the communes of Ampuis, Condrieu, Roussillon and Vérin, on a variety of terroirs including biotite granite and Rhône alluvium. The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinified naturally, with direct pressing, indigenous yeasts, and 8 months of aging in stainless steel vats. Bottled at the estate without fining, filtration, or the addition of sulphites.
