A blended rosé wine of half Grenache Noir and half Cabernet Sauvignon, from biodynamically farmed vines, all hand-harvested. Naturally vinified with direct pressing; the two varieties are fermented and aged together for 6 months, mostly in tanks, with a small portion in seasoned barrels. Bottled at the Domaine in March 2024, unfiltered, unfined, with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
Florence and Olivier Leriche, partners in life and in the vineyard, are the winemakers behind Domaine des Accoles, an 18-ha biodynamic estate in Saint-Marcel d'Ardèche.
