A cuvée crafted from organically grown grapes purchased from a neighboring grower whom Thomas has been working with for years. Blend: 45% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 10% Syrah, and 15% other varietals from vines rooted in the sandy, deep clay soils of the Mont Ventoux foothills. All vinifications and bottling take place at Ferme Saint Martin, without fining or filtration, and no added sulfites.
