50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault, and 10% Syrah from organically farmed vines on high-altitude gravelly, limestone-rich soils at the foothills of Mont Ventoux. Produced with grapes sourced from a neighboring organic grower. Vinification: part carbonic maceration with to retain bright fruit; a portion is direct-pressed, and another is destemmed and undergoes a short maceration on select parcels to capture a unique character. Brief aging in tanks. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulfites.

Thomas Jullien, child of the 1983 vintage, is the head of Ferme Saint Martin, an estate perched at the highest point of the Beaumes de Venise appellation, in Suzette.
