Blend: 50% Cinsault and 50% Grenache from vines farmed organically and planted at the end of the 1990s, on a terroir known as "Les Lauzes Blanches" in Tavel, over clay and limestone soils. Neither fined nor filtered, and just 0.3 grams of sulphur/hl before bottling at the estate, in May 2024.
