100% Mourvèdre, from vines more than 40 years old, farmed biodynamically, and harvested by hand. Vinification: fermentation of whole bunches, with 11 days of carbonic maceration, racking, followed by a few months of maturation in stainless steel vats. No fining, no filtering, and zero added sulphur!

Nicolas Renaud is a thirty-something winemaker settled since 2007 just next to Tavel and Avignon. His adventure began in 2003 when Nicolas, a disciple of Eric Pfifferling of the Domaine de l'Anglore , decided to trade his career in public education for the hard but liberating profession of a vigneron.
