A blended cuvée of 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache, from organically grown vines, with biodynamic prativces. Manual harvest in small crates. Natural vinification: iinfusion of the whole bunches of Syrah into the free-run juice of Grenache, gentle pressing in a pneumatic press, short ageing in vats - it's a primeur! Bottled at the estate with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
Jean Philippe Padié
Jean-Philippe Padié is an unmissable Roussillon winemaker. After studying at the Montpellier School of Agronomy, he trained and worked alongside Gauby and Mas Amiel, very famous estates in Roussillon and in Domaine Plageoles in Gaillac.
