A blended cuvée of 50% Grenache Noir, 30% Syrah et 20% Carignan. From more than 40-year-old vines, facing northwest and northeast, on gneiss soils, in the commune of Cassagnes. The estate is certified organic. Vinification: the grapes are chilled to 4°C, followed by carbonic maceration for 3 weeks with indigenous yeasts, maturation in vats, with the Grenache maturing in 3-4 Burgundy barrels. Bottled without fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.

Edouard Laffitte jumped into viticulture after several years working at the cooperative of Estézargues in the Gard, where he met Jean-François Nicq of Domaine Les Foulard Rouges, with whom he’d discover natural wine.
