Roussillon
On notes of white peach, citrus, bitter almond, a touch of aniseed. Lots of pleasure in this bottle, smooth mouthfeel, beautiful length.
We're back in Roussillon with the 2022 vintage, very different from the previous ones. Blend of Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris from vines grown organically and planted on the Cru de Banyuls, very steep plots. Manual harvest. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation and aging in vats. Bottled in the Spring of 2024 without fining or filtration, zero added sulfur.
