A blend of two parcels of vines on the Cru Banyuls, with 40% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre and 30% Syrah; and two parcels in the Albères with 60% Tempranillo and 40% Cinsault. Vines of 20 years old on average. Manual harvesting of course, sorting in the vineyard. Vinification: direct pressing and aging for 3/4 in stainless steel vats and the rest in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled in Spring 2024 without fining or filtration, zero sulfur added.
