One of our great favorites during the tasting: a cheerful juice, on redcurrant and spices, solar but only 10% alcohol, a slender, silky fruit, the palate is super elegant, long and floral finish.

Blend of young vines using native grape varieties, planted by Fabien on clay-limestone hillside: Jurançon Noir, Gibert, Valdiguié and Noual, certified biodynamic by Demeter. Manual harvest and natural vinification: 15 days of maceration in barrels, part whole bunches and part destemmed. Soft pressing, 12 months aging in 500-liter barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the Estate without fining or filtration, without added sulphites.
Fabien Jouves
Fabien Jouves represents the golden generation of Cahors. This young and dynamic vigneron settled in 2006 on the highest slopes of Cahors, where he took over his family’s estate of 20 hectares.
