A deep, smooth, round and fruity wine... Palate: each grape variety adds its own brick to the edifice: fruit falvours and power for the Grenache and lightness and balance for the Fer Servadou... The result is a very smooth and supple wine.

A cuvée created with Nicolas Carmarans. A blend of Bruno's Grenache and Nicolas's Fer Servadou. Vinification: the two juices were blended in December in two barrels. Maturation in these two barrels until June. Each of them gets one barrel, and Nicolas names his cuvée Pascole de Maximus. Bottled in Magnums only. No sulphur added and production of 150 magnums for each winemaker.
