A very dark rosé that feels like a basket of red fruits, enhanced with blackcurrant and a vegetal hint. Fruity, juicy, lively, tangy palate, a juice to put in your little bird's (oiseau in French!) beak as soon as the sun comes up.
Blend of Malbec and Tannat from vines grown organically and planted on clay-limestone slopes. Manual harvest and natural vinification: partial destemming, direct pressing, 7 days of fermentation in stainless-steel tanks and 9 months of aging in concrete vats. Neither fined nor filtered, just a micro-dose of sulfites.
