85% Malbec and 15% Merlot from 4 parcels of 20- to 50-year-old vines planted on clay-limestone soils, covering 4 ha. One parcel was acquired in winter 2021 in organic conversion. Some of the grapes are vinified in whole bunches, some with direct pressing, and the rest are destemmed for a gentle maceration of 6-8 days. Matured on the lees in stainless steel vats. Bottled at the estate after a light filtration, no fining, and just 1 gr/hl of sulphur.
