A surprising and explosive blend: 25% Syrah from Corbières, 25% Négrette from Fronton, 25% Carignan from Limoux and 25% Cabernet Franc from Bordeaux. A Southern big mix from organic, hand-harvested vines, vinified in Bordeaux. Short maceration, gentle pressing, aged in old barrels for 6 months. Bottled in the winery without fining or filtration, and without addition of sulfites.
