100% Syrah from vines grown organically, planted on clay-limestone soils, harvested by hand in small crates. Natural winemaking without too much intervention: the harvest is moved by gravity, the whole bunches are placed in a vat for 10 days of maceration, pneumatic pressing, only the press juice is used to make this cuvée. Bottled at the estate in Spring 2024 after an aging in concrete vats.
