A blend of Merlot and Malbec, from 25-year-old vines grown on high-altitude, clay-limestone slopes. Careful green pruning is practiced, as are manual harvests. Wine certified organic. The vinifications are as respectful as possible, with whole bunches placed in vats for 7 days. Matured on lees in vats and barrels that have seen several wines, for 6 months. Neither fined nor filtered, without added sulfites.
