100% Malbec, from 23-year-old vines grown organically, planted on a 1.2-ha plot with clay-limestone soils, on a steep East-facing slope. The grapes are harvested by hand with crates, then transferred to vats by gravity, followed by gentle maceration with indigenous yeasts, and one year of maturation in an old Alsatian cask. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, and just a microdose of sulphur. One year of maturation in bottle at the estate's cellar.
