A blended cuvée from two plots: 60% from one certified organic plot and the rest from a second recently acquired, therefore not yet certified. Sauvignon, Semillon and Muscadelle are vinified here in the traditional manner. Sulphur is almost indispensable when working with botrytised grapes, and here we have 110 mg/l (even though 400 mg/l is allowed in the appellation!).
