A really long (to say the least!) maturation process endows this wine with very complex, well-developed aromas of prune, leather, hazelnut, stewed fruit and a hint of vanilla... The palate is powerful, with depth and persistence – a lovely way to end a meal.

A spirit distilled in a traditional still from the marc of the red grape varieties grown at the estate: Pinot Noir, Trousseau, Ploussard. Very, very long maturation in barrels that have seen several wines, for not less than 18 years! Bottled at the Estate with a tiny dose of sulphur.
