100% Gewurztraminer from vines cultivated biodynamically and planted at 300-400 metres altitude in the communes of Kientzheim and Sigolsheim, on marly-limestone and sandstone terroirs with a shallow, stony structure. The parcel faces South and has a steep slope: ideal conditions for viticulture. Vinification: gentle pressing, settling of the must, transfer to barrels that have seen several wines for fermentation with indigenous yeasts, then maturation for 10 months on fine lees, without stirring. 32 grams / liter of residual sugars.
