Blend of 75% Pinot Gris and 25% Riesling from vines in the process of converting to biodynamics, planted on brown and pebbly soils, on a steep slope, with an optimal exposure to sunshine. The plot was acquired by the estate in 2019, at the top of the Grand Cru Schlossberg hillside, at 380-420 meters above sea level, just beneath the forest. Manual harvesting at maturity, gentle pressing of the whole bunches in a pneumatic press, indigenous yeasts, fermentation and aging for 14 months in large and old casks.
