100% Pinot Noir, this cuvée is made from grapes purchased from organic vineyards in Alsace. Hand-harvested and vinified naturally: semi-carbonic maceration at cool temperatures (12/14°C), ageing in casks that have seen several wines. Bottled without fining or filtration, with no sulphites added.
Jean François Ganevat
Jean-François Ganevat represents the 14th generation of vignerons of his family in Rotalier, in the south of Jura. After years working as the cellar master of Jean-Marc Morey in Chassagne-Montrachet, he took over his family’s estate in 1998.
