70% Gewurztraminer and 30% Pinot Gris from parcels acquired by the estate in 2019, planted on a marly-limestone terroir, between the Mambourg and the Furstentum Grands Crus, and grown biodynamically. The vines are pruned short to keep the yields low, the grapes harvested by hand at optimal maturity. Natural vinification without additives: total destemming, three weeks of maceration, followed by gentle pressing, and 8 months of maturation in stainless steel vats. Bottled without filtration, and zero added sulphur.
