Nose carried by notes of yellow fruits, caramel and salted butter. The palate is both powerful and fresh, a dry and generous juice, coating and long, perfectly balanced thanks to its fine acidity.

100% Pinot Gris from vines in the process of organic and biodynamic conversion, planted on two plots on the Grand Cru Marckrain, which present limestone-pebble soils. The Eastern exposure allows the Pinots to ripen quietly without developping too much sugar, in order to vinify them as dry wines. Short pruning to preserve low yields, manual harvest. Vinification: direct pressing, indigenous yeasts, one year of aging on total lees in demi-muids that have seen two wines. Unfiltered, just a micro-dose of sulfur at bottling.
