Domaine Weinbach

Blend: 40% Pinot Blanc, 40% Auxerrois and 20% Pinot Gris from vines acquired in 2019 and in the process of being converted to biodynamics, planted on the Grand Cru Furstentum (which means Principality, hence the name of the cuvée!), facing South-East, which presents marl-limestone soils and a rather steep slope. Unfiltered.
