A complex nose with aromas of white fruits, almonds, and brioche... The palate is generous, we find that same complexity again from the nose, plus a lot of roundness and volume, and a saline finish.

100% Riesling from vines farmed biodynamically and planted at the bottom of the Schlossberg hillside, at an altitude of 230 metres, on sandy soils over granite bedrock. Certified organic by Ecocert and biodynamic by Demeter. The grapes were harvested by hand at maturity, followed by respectful vinification: gentle pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, maturation on fine lees for 14 months in barrels that have seen several wines, without stirring.
