Domaine De Pouteou - 2006 - Marc Darroze
Amber robe, golden reflections. The nose feels almost austere at first, but aeration allows an incredible aromatic explosion with aromas of liquorice, prune, dried figs, nutmeg, undergrowth. Very complex. Already notes of rancio on the palate (nuts, mushrooms, undergrowth). Lots of character.
