Biologic 7 ans - Marc Darroze

Straw yellow color. The nose is fruity (candied orange peel, dried apricot, mango), spicy (fine spices, vanilla). There are also pastry aromas (honey, brioche, almond). The nose is very fine and delicate and this finesse is found in the palate, thanks to light, silky tannins. Nice roundness in mouth despite its young age. We find fruity aromas of the nose : spices. Beautiful length.
