A nose with a very fruity profile, even jammy, on notes of redcurrant and blackberry. The palate is full and smooth, with great aging potential. The 2018 vintage, after a few years in the cellar, is now showing beautifully.

100% Gamay from century-year-old, organically grown vines planted in Quincié-en-Beaujolais village. Harvested by hand. Natural vinification and without additives, like all of Pierre's other Burgundy wines. Carbonic maceration in whole bunches for 20 days, soft pressing, 18 months of maturation in Burgundy wooden casks that have seen several wines. Not fined or filtered, bottled at the Estate without added sulfur.
