100% Gamay, grown on sandstone soils. The vines of Corcelette are in the northwest part of the Morgon appellation. P'tit Jean, as his friends call him, has farmed his vines organically since the beginning but has never sought certification. The rest is a matter of tradition: harvesting by hand, whole bunch vinification, carbonic maceration, maturation in 30hl casks for 9 months. Bottled at the Estate without fining nor filtration, just a micro-dose of sulphur.

Jean Foillard

At the celebrated Côte de Py vineyard site, Jean creates natural wines while following the precepts of Jules Chauvet....
