A blend of Gamay from Fleurie in Beaujolais and from Jura grape varieties, farmed organically and harvested by hand. A cuvée sold through Ganevat’s négociant business, made with grapes sourced from vignerons who share Ganevat’s values and vision of natural viticulture. Natural vinification: semi-carbonic maceration with temperature control (12-14°C), maturation in barrels that have seen several wines, bottled without fining or filtration. No added sulphites.
