Le Chant Du Loup - 2023 - Emmanuel Rostaing-Tayard

Domaine Rostaing-Tayard

A Chardonnay with a fresh profile, driven by notes of white fruit, citrus and a hint of biscuit. Fluid on the palate, with great purity and a mineral structure, the richness of the grape variety is perfectly balanced by a lovely tension - it's impossible to get bored of it!

Neither fined nor filtered, just a micro-dose of sulphur (1 gr/hl) at bottling on the estate, in July 2024.
