This cuvée changes every vintage, and in 2023 it is made of Pinot from Mâconnais in Burgundy, and from Jura. A cuvée sold through Ganevat’s négociant business, made with grapes sourced from vignerons who share Ganevat’s values and vision of natural viticulture. Bottled without fining, filtration, or the addition of sulphites.
